I'm Molly Buszard or MollyBHealthy and I am a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer.
I became passionate about health and nutrition during my first year at University when I was diagnosed with Seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis. I wanted to find a way that I could relieve and improve my symptoms without relying on medication. I had always been aware of the way food affected my body due to being diagnosed as celiac a couple of years before. I knew that food had an impact when it came to our health as well as just fat loss.
Through changing my diet and lifestyle, I was able to manage the majority of my pain through different dietary choices, supplements, and exercise. After 3 years, I came off my medication and have been in remission.
After University, I decided that I wanted to help others feel and look the best also. I signed up and studied Nutritional Advice for Physical Activity. This led me to work for an online personal training company where I was their recipe developer and nutritional advisor. In 2017 I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist, and in 2018 I qualified as an MNU Certified Nutritionist which led me to create my own nutrition and health coaching consultancy, 'BHealthy Nutrition.'
At BHealhy Nutrition, I create plans and give support to people who want to change their life, improve their relationship with food, be educated on nutrition, feel the best they have in years or find relief from pain and poor health.

In 2019, I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer to be able to give my clients the full package of both fitness and nutrition. I offer online plans, one to one training, two to one sessions and group classes.
I have found my passion and drive when it comes to personal training and nutrition, and I love to share this with my clients.
