PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Train with me at FitLife Gym in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire for 1-2-1 personal training sessions.
This boutique gym offers state of the art equipment, a monkey bar rig (yes you heard right) and the best lighting in Bucks, plus you get a free post-workout shake after your PT session. FitLife is known for it's welcoming and warm atmosphere, making it a great training environment that includes exciting classes and specialist trainers, including me!
Our sessions will include anything from resistance & strength training, cardiovascular work, circuits, learning new skills, perfecting your pull up, mobility and everything in between!
The good news is, you don't have to be a member to train with me here!

One Session = £45.00
£160 for 4 session = £40.00 a session
£300 for 8 sessions = £37.50 a session
Want to add a partner? £5 for every session they join!
I also do 30 and 45 minute sessions.
Personalised Online Program
Workout from your home/outdoors with either minimal or no equipment. You will have access to your workouts and updates through an app, with videos and instructions to guide you. You will also be able to input your weights, comments and form check videos. I will personalise your workouts to your equipment, space, and how many times a week you would like to exercise.
This will change every 4 weeks so that you can progress further with your training and get some variety.
You will have weekly check-ins throughout your program.
£50.00 per month
PAIR IT WITH NUTRITION
All my personal training sessions and programs can be paired with nutrition advice, support, and plans.
This is perfect for someone who wants the whole package to improve their fitness, health, and nutrition.
Nutrition and Fitness work hand in hand, so combining with the two will give you the most success when it comes to achieving your goals.
