Your sessions will be completely personalised to your goals, ability and preferences so that you get the most out of your time with me.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

 

I offer personal training in my private studio in Thame, both 1-2-1 and small group personal training sessions.

 

Our sessions will include anything from resistance & strength training, cardiovascular work, circuits, learning new skills, achieving things you never thought you could, mobility and everything in between!

 

The good news is, you don't have to be a member to train with me here!

 

Take a look at my prices below:

 

One Session = £45.00

£160 for 4 session  = £40.00 a session

£300 for 8 sessions = £37.50 a session

 

Want to add a partner? £10 for every session they join!

I also do 30 and 45 minute sessions.

Personalised Online Program

If you aren't able to have personal training in Thame, I can create a personalised program for you to do at another gym or from the comfort of your home. You will have access to your workouts and updates through my personalised app, with videos and instructions to guide you.

 

You will also be able to input your weights, comments and form check videos. Each workout is personalised to your equipment, space, goals and how many times a week you would like to exercise. 

Take your training to thee next level with a variety of different exercises plus weekly check-ins throughout your program.
