FITLIFE SESSIONS

 

Train with me at FitLife Gym in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire for 1-2-1 personal training sessions.

 

This boutique gym offers state of the art equipment, a monkey bar rig (yes you heard right) and the best lighting in Bucks, plus you get a free post-workout shake after your PT session. FitLife is known for it's welcoming and warm atmosphere, making it a great training environment that includes exciting classes and specialist trainers, including me!

 

Our sessions will include anything from resistance & strength training, cardiovascular work, circuits, learning new skills, perfecting your pull up, mobility and everything in between!

 

The good news is, you don't have to be a member to train with me here!

 

We will start with free 15-minute consultation beforehand to discuss your goals, lifestyle, previous exercise history, likes/dislikes so I can see how best I can help you. 

 

For December 2019, receive 10% off when you book with me.

 

One Session = £40 

Book 5 or more = £35 per session

Book 10 or more = £32.50 per session

HOME SESSIONs

 

If you are short of time, anxious about using the gym or would prefer to have personal training in your own home, I can come to you.

 

I have a variety of equipment which I can bring to the comfort of your own home and help you to achieve your health and fitness goals. From TRX, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells or simply, just using your body weight, we can create a workout that suits your preferences and goals.

GROUP/CORPORATE SESSIONs
 

It can be hard on your own to find motivation or confidence when it comes to training. So working out with friends or family can help to give you the push you need.

 

Whether you want to work out as a group, kick-ass as a couple or whip your workforce into shape, I can personalise a variety of sessions to suit just what you need.

 

Price varies depending on what you are looking for!

 

ONLINE PROGRAMS

 

If you are happy working out on your own but would like some training guidance then I can create a program to suit your goals, preferences, gym/home equipment, and schedule.

 

 

PAIR IT WITH NUTRITION

 

All my personal training sessions and programs can be paired with nutrition advice, support, and plans.

This is perfect for someone who wants the whole package to improve their fitness, health, and nutrition.

 

Nutrition and Fitness work hand in hand, so combining to the two will give you the most success when it comes to achieving your goals.
